Terms And Conditions
1. Price is FIXED. Sorry, but the price is not negotiable. that's the lowest we can offer.
2. Items are sold in first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to the buyers who can make fast payment.
3. Place your order by filling in the form above. We'll try our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
4. STRICLY no back outs. serious buyers ONLY.
we will not hesitate to BLACKLIST the deadbeat/backout buyers. buy at your own risk.
5.Interested buyers can only reserve item for 2days.
6.Payments are to be made within 2 days via RHB n CIMB account.
7. No refunds or exchange or whatsoever once the payment has been made.
8. C.O.D can be arranged in Taipan, Ss15, Sunway n Taylors' PJ as stated above. For other places than those we mentioned, please email us, we will try our best to arrange ^^ please come on time!
9. For restock items, a full payment would be required before collecting of the items and full refund would be transferred back if order ran out of stock.
10. Wait for our confirmation email with all the final details (eg pastage cost), then bank in the total amount to our RHB or CIMB Account (will be given upon confirmation )
11. Send us an email with proof of banking for verification at simplekindasomething@hotmail.com
12. Postage Rate will be stated below. All items are BRAND NEW and in good condition. we're not responsible for loss or damage during the delivery. blame the postman :P
